Made for Alberta
Equipment tuned for polystyrene brood boxes.
Auburn Acres builds custom bottom boards, covers, and hive packages designed specifically for Beaver Plastics Langstroth brood boxes — lighter, better insulated, and built to overwinter.
All equipment ships unfinished unless purchased with bees installed. Browse individual pieces or start with a popular package.
2025 redesign
Insulated lids, screened bottoms, and solid boards rebuilt for the season.
Outside covers now ship with metal tops. Screened bottom boards work year-round with reflective winter inserts and sticky summer boards. Solid bottoms gained an extended lip for winter airflow.
